There are three basic automatic modes for the phone’s positions scanning in the application, which the phone user cannot change and a manual mode, which can be set up according to phone user’s needs.
The automatic modes have been developed in order to meet requirements of wide range of users with respect for the compromise between the phone positions standard overview and the phone battery operation time. All automatic modes works on the same basis, i.e. the scanning interval of the phone positions adjusts the phone motion speed, the only difference is the scanning interval spread.
The manual mode with intensive scanning interval is suitable for monitoring of short time periods of the phone tracks. Its advantage is detailed phone’s tracks overview, the phone’s battery operation time is a disadvantage.
The manual mode with extensive scanning interval is suitable for purely rough overview of the phone positions with no respect for the phone’s motion speed (if you set up a ten minutes scanning interval in the manual mode, it will be a big difference, if the phone user drives a car or takes a walk). A big advantage of this mode is a long phone’s battery operation time.
